Why is my cream cheese chunky/crumbly?

A crumbly, curdled, or chunky cream cheese spread texture indicates that the product was accidentally frozen.

With the exception of our Shreds, no other refrigerated Daiya products can be frozen.

We encourage you to return the product to the store for a refund / exchange.
